Market Circulation Commission approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs is affiliated to China Leather Industry Association. Since establishment, the Market Circulation Commission has carried out active operations in formulating industrial development planning, implementing brand strategy, organizing industrial research, and improving industrial standards.

The Committee has also formulated“Technical specification for leather professional market managent”, “Specification for leather and fur market management”, “Specification for leather and fur garments speciality store management", and “Specification for footwear speciality store management " and other standards.
