The Bangladesh Finished Leather, Leathergoods and Footwear Exporters’ Association met with Dr Salehuddin Ahmed, finance advisor to the interim government, who promised a fix for the central effluent treatment plant (CETP) at Savar.
Meanwhile, the sub-committee will allow the industry to meet with the advisor again to address other issues.
